Please fill out the application and return to Frank Pape no later than April 15, 2008. The application must by received by the 15th.  Any applications received later will not be considered.  You may return the application via mail to the address below or in person by 6:00 p.m. on the 15th.  Please note the application MUST include:

• Organized and completed application
• Copy of your high school transcript
• Relevant letters of reference (if any)
• Copies of certificates or awards referenced in application (if any)
• Highlight of any volunteer work or community efforts in the Browns Point area
